Fax from Outlook Recommendation:

Do you want an internet fax service you can use to fax directly from Outlook? If you do, you’re in luck. MyFax’s internet fax service allows you to fax from Outlook. To send a fax from Outlook, type in 1 + your recipients’ fax number followed by @myfax.com in the “To:” section of your email. Then, attach the documents you want to be faxed to the email and send the email. These documents will then be “faxed” to your recipient.

To receive faxes through Outlook, setup the email address tied to your Outlook account as one of the email addresses set to receive faxes. When your fax number receives a fax, you will be sent an email with the fax attached to the email for you to view.
